Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as we begin preparing your food immediately.

To cancel an order:

  1. Call us immediately at 062811 57771
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Our staff will confirm if cancellation is possible

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order
  • If the food delivered is incorrect or unsatisfactory (must be reported within 1 hour of delivery)
  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders cancelled after the 15-minute window
  • Food that has been partially consumed
  • Delivery fees

5. Quality Issues

If you receive food that doesn't meet our quality standards:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery)
  2. Provide photos of the issue if possible
  3. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

6. Late or Missing Delivery

If your delivery is significantly late or doesn't arrive:

  • Contact us to investigate
  • We may offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
